I was responsible for supporting both individual and business clients. My duties included ensuring the proper flow of medical documentation, assisting users in solving ongoing issues, and cooperating with the operations team.

During my internship, I created content and graphics for social media, assisted in planning promotional activities for the entire year, and collaborated on the organization of a nationwide conference. I also had the opportunity to participate in data analysis and contribute to the annual report.
