As a Development Manager at Sister, I lead and support the delivery of complex multi-phased £1.7billion regeneration project. The project sees the delivery of over 2m sq ft of commercial, R&D focussed office space, 1500 new homes, retail, and a hotel - spanning across 9 acres in Manchester City Centre. - Played a key role in securing planning permission for a 560,000 sq ft Grade A office scheme, overseeing elements of the two-phase demolition strategy and advising on construction sequencing. - Led key workstreams in the development and submission of the £20m GMCA Patient Equity Funding bid, ensuring high-quality inputs, cross-team alignment, and smooth governance sign-off that contributed to the successful award. - Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, suppliers, and contractors to achieve design, cost, safety, sustainability, and programme objectives. - Supported the delivery of a 70,000 sq ft refurbishment of a 1960s modernist asset, including office fit-out, commercial kitchen installation, and the refurbishment of a large auditorium. - Work closely with commercial, asset management, and marketing teams to ensure development proposals align with commercial strategy, operational needs, brand and placemaking goals. - Embed sustainability outcomes, including NABERS, BREEAM and WELL targets, into base build specifications and office fit-out strategies. - Led feasibility work for residential development opportunities, including PBSA and BTR, with responsibility for procuring commercial agents, analysing viability, and supporting plot disposal processes.

As a Development Project Coordinator / ADM, I supported the delivery of major regeneration and commercial development projects, leading governance, feasibility and early-stage strategy. - Led governance programmes and supported annual business planning for the Joint Venture, ensuring clear reporting and timely decision-making. - Managed tender processes, appointed consultants and coordinated feasibility studies to shape viable project strategies. - Prepared development documentation, contracts, purchase orders and variations, ensuring full compliance with procurement procedures. - Balanced heritage constraints, pre-let requirements and funding considerations to maintain programme milestones and project viability. - Produced project schedules, reports, trackers and risk logs to support performance reviews across the portfolio. Development & Strategy Support - Helped shape the brief for a 100,000 sq ft office and CL2 laboratory refurbishment, coordinating internal and consultant inputs. - Coordinated feasibility work with utilities providers and statutory bodies to unlock regeneration opportunities. - Supported public funding applications (Investment Zone, GMCA), aligning bids with strategic regeneration and place-making ambitions. - Led operational and place-making strategy development for large-scale phased schemes, including implementation planning. - Led the tender and co-authored the project-wide Social Value Strategy, embedding community impact and contractor alignment. - Supported stakeholder and JV communications, preparing reports, briefing packs and presentations for senior leadership and partners.
