After a 25-year career in chemical engineering and manufacturing, I experienced a personal turning point when my son struggled with mental health challenges during his first year of college. That moment transformed my mission: to empower individuals and families to build habits that support mental, emotional, and physical health before crisis hits. I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) and the founder of Mamma Terra Health Coaching, where I provide 1-on-1 coaching, group programs, and speaking engagements to help people cultivate energy, vitality, and resilience. I’m also the author of Living Your Best Life in College: How to Avoid the Freshman 15, Stay Healthy, and Thrive for Good, a practical and heartfelt guide for students and parents navigating the transition to independence.
