Most security programs break down at the exact moment they are supposed to work: a Friday afternoon phishing email. Not because people are careless, but because the training was built to satisfy compliance, not to support judgment under pressure. I believe people are not the weakest link. When technology, process, and policy fall short, they are often the layer that determines what happens next.That belief has shaped my work for more than 15 years. I work at the intersection of cybersecurity awareness, security culture, human risk, and AI literacy, with a focus on one question: what helps people make better decisions when the pressure is real?Because that is where cybersecurity stops being theoretical.A suspicious email. A rushed click. A familiar voice note. A moment of hesitation that changes the outcome.At Sonova, I built and scaled a global security awareness program reaching more than 20,000 employees across 100 countries.
