Build and maintain relationships with Cisco teams, customers, and partners. Implement IT Asset Management for new customers, analyze data, manage contracts, and generate reports using various Cisco tools(Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Ensure the accuracy of the Installed Base and oversee data preparation for service renewals

Configuring, pricing, and preparing renewal quotes using the Salesforce CPQ/CRM tool; working closely with Data Management, Renewal Operations, and Renewal Sales teams to address customer escalations and resolve data discrepancies.

Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, collaborating closely with Account Managers to deliver comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support. Responsible for configuring, pricing, and processing renewal orders (operations) within Salesforce CPQ/CRM, in addition to overseeing billing and service contract amendments
