Main tasks: - Development of the Jewellery, Watches, Leather Goods & Accessories (LG&A) Buying and Merchandising guidelines; - Guide of Buying sessions and coordination of local merchandisers to ensure the right product assortment for each store based on clustering, product strategies, and sales analysis; - Analysis of weekly sales statistics and products characteristics; - Follow assortment and set up of store openings; - Collaborate with Collection Merch team to develop future collections; - Work with Supply Chain on stock/production, related issues and distribution.

Main tasks: - Execute allocation and replenishment strategies from DC to stores daily; - Ensure the correct balance of inventory in the stores according to seasonal assortment matrix; - Evaluate the stock allocation and distribution on the basis of sales, distribution plan and rationing criteria in order to maximize service level within the region and to support sales objectives; - Monitor sales and control the stock levels within the region; - Work with buying and retail teams to understand priorities and market specific requests; - Work with WW product flow team to understand lead time, logic of picking and packing, timing to deliver products to stores and delivery schedules for each store; - Manage the “give and take” process according to analysis of stock balance, transport cost and sales trend; - Address and fulfill store-to-store transfer requests daily.

Main tasks: - Inter-company reconciliation process, investigating and resolving misalignments with the intra-group counterpart; - IFRS adjustment to the local reporting package to comply with the Group's accounting policies; - Analysis of the income statement in terms of comparison with actual and forecast data; - Preparation and update of reporting documents; - Analysis related to IFRS-16 through dedicated IT tools (HFM, Excel, etc.); - Examination or processing of accounting data and information.

Main tasks: - Assistance in the development of dossiers, main and necessary documentation; - Documents organization; - Communication and assistance to affiliates and clients;

During my three years of Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, I acquired a solid foundation of modern economic and financial systems. Relevant courses of the programme include: financial mathematics, statistics, econometrics and corporate finance. The course was entirely taught in english.
