Assisting the president of the board with managing, motivating and coaching the staff members. Networking, organizing events, help set up strategy plans for the future of the young professionals within the NVP and within the HRM-field in the Netherlands in general.

Together with a select group of students taking part in a meeting, every other month, with the chairman of the board of directors from college Inholland. We discuss certain issues and give advice on everything concerning the future of Inholland. Our main goal: making sure studying at Inholland will be an even better experience tomorrow than it already is today.

Taking care of a group of children while looking after their development and health. (Last two years at SKH, before that in the Arnhem area for Creyfs, SKAR and a private daycare centre.)

I worked and lived as an au-pair in Chicago (USA) for a year.

IKEA Eindhoven - As a HR Generalist I ensure, together with my direct HR colleagues, that global and national HR strategies are locally put into practice and find support in the store. We also guard and actively work with our great and strong company culture and -values. I give unit (team)managers advise and coach them on HR related topics and will support them in the exciting, the challenging, the though and the sad situations that come up in a team while being a leader. Daily topics that I work with are; performance management, employee relations, competence and development, on-boarding, succession planning and health & illness matters. In this allround role me and my direct HR colleagues actively contribute to the growth of business through people.
