* Conduct assessments, and provide technical assistance to Monmouth County Child Care Programs that apply for financial assistance, confirming and prioritizing needs and report the findings. * Responsibilities: * Conduct assessments, and provide technical assistance. * Discover expenses already paid by the provider, directly related to Hurricane Sandy. * Determine if Insurance, FEMA, or SBA has already covered losses * Assess any unique or special recovery needs for programs. * Discover losses of program fees from Hurricane Sandy for the immediate 60 days after the storm (Oct. 30 – Dec. 31, 2012) by getting necessary documents of fees from prior to the storm. * Make Child Care Providers aware of requirements for eligibility * Fill out “Save the Children Emergency Sub-grant Interview/Application Form” * Conduct field visits to centers

Supervise Primary Counselors, Treatment Associates and Teachers. Monitor daily functions of Adolescent Unit. Monitor funding streams, case management, maintain relationships with community resources and sponsors, create monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on Adolescent Unit. Highly proficient in working with Perform Care, CMO, Probation, and other services.
