* Annual volunteer position at a respite care facility for vulnerable young adults with a variety of learning difficulties and disabilities. * Responsibilities included providing one-on-one intensive care to at risk individuals. * Developed a range of transferrable communication and behavioural management skills that can be applied in a range of different circumstances.

* 3 day placement shadowing HR manager in Oxford. * Attended a variety of meetings to discuss present and future projects, current issues and aims concerning all areas of the workforce within the company. * Developed an understanding of the variety of different HR positions available along with their specific roles and responsibilities.

Administrative and customer service role within the Head Office’s Registrations Team. - Responsibilities included managing, organising and collecting various forms of administrative information and making it accessible and available to others. Responding to customers queries and complaints with devised solutions and ensuring pleasant consumer service.

* Position creating and leading extra-curricular activities for international students aged 13-18. * Role involved working as part of a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the students at all times. * Position demanded strong problem solving capabilities, interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm during real-time, high pressure situations.
