My main duty was to maintain and strengthen the relationships with our suppliers . One crucial aspect of my role involved overseiing the fulfillment of contractual obligations. I collaborated closely with the Managing Director and the entire team of Product Managers to conduct constructive negotiations with our suppliers ,aiming to establish favorable prices ,payment terms and overall business conditions

Import’s scheduling from third countries , organize supplies from EC companies, contact with foreign suppliers. Overseing the flow of goods for international and domestic traffic. Calculate duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of merchandise for imported. Liaising with shipping lines , agents, brokers, importers, and warehouse facilities. Qualifying , & processing invoices . Direct co-operation with the Managing director , as Administrative executive, on matters relevant to the handling of corporate affairs organizing and maintaining diaries and corporate meetings, scheduling, handling cases involving suppliers, banks ,etc. Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence.

2007-12/2011, Direct co-operation with the company΄s Managing Director as secretarial support , on matters relevant to the handling of corporate affairs organizing and maintaining diaries and corporate meetings, scheduling, handling cases involving suppliers, banks, budgeting and reporting regarding the deviations of the forecast results.

Imports scheduling from CHINA and EGYPT, contact with foreign suppliers, organization of imports, cooperation with customs personnel and transport companies for import procedure scheduling. In the field of exports, I was in charge of organizing merchandise shipment to EU countries as well as to third countries.

Supervisor of Import and export department, handling of bank and customs tasks, commercial correspondence, preparation of production programs. From 2000-2002 I served at the company΄s branch in BUCHAREST ROMANIA, in the same field of activity.
