Worked on the social media team at a leading independent Russian media outlet. Developed distribution formats tailored to each platform, produced TikToks and Reels from long-form video using dynamic editing and subtitles. Wrote posts, planned fundraising campaigns and coordinated a small editorial team

Built the podcast’s social media presence from scratch, focusing on Telegram and Instagram. Developed platform-specific content formats, wrote engaging post copy, and maintained a consistent visual and editorial tone. Grew the community through audience engagement, cross-promotions with partner media, and data-informed content strategies. Monitored analytics and listener feedback to improve performance and reach.

Co-created and developed an independent podcast about women’s incarceration in Russia. Led editorial strategy and storytelling across episodes, working with personal testimonies, expert interviews, and archival materials. Conducted and transcribed interviews, wrote and edited scripts, and collaborated with producers and sound editors throughout the production process. Worked closely with the team to shape the voice and narrative style of the project, ensuring clarity, emotional depth, and journalistic integrity. The podcast reached 170K+ listens and was featured by human rights organizations and media outlets.

During the pre-holiday rush, I supported the team with product and ad copy across Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and the website. I wrote promotional posts aligned with the brand's tone of voice and came up with creative angles to present advertising content in a clear and engaging way.

Facultative is an educational media project by the Committee Against Torture — one of Russia’s oldest human rights organizations. I helped audit and rebuild their social media presence, focusing on Instagram and TikTok. Based on audience data and platform performance, I developed a new content strategy that nearly doubled their following. I also contributed to editorial planning, wrote scripts for short-form videos, and consulted on visual identity and tone of voice.

Produced a podcast about film and screenwriting called Poepizodny Klan, and worked as an associate producer on Sperva Rodi, a parenting podcast. I handled recording logistics, episode publishing and ad integrations with brands like Alfa-Bank and Tinkoff. Also managed social media promotion for the podcasts — including writing posts, planning content and engaging with the audience.
