About

I work in Health, Safety and Wellbeing because people deserve to feel safe, supported and treated with dignity — especially when they’re vulnerable. My background spans corporate environments, education, care and SEND support. I’ve spent over 15 years working with vulnerable adults, children and individuals with additional needs, which has given me strong safeguarding awareness, behavioural insight and a calm, trauma-informed approach to people in distress. In my corporate roles, I’ve supported colleagues through wellbeing and safety concerns, coordinated safe-working practices, handled confidential cases and provided reassurance during the Covid-19 pandemic. I’m someone people naturally come to when they’re anxious, overwhelmed or unsure what to do next — and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m currently studying for my NEBOSH General Certificate to further develop my technical H&S knowledge and grow into more specialised advisory roles. People describe me as steady, kind, reliable and good in a crisis. I listen well, communicate clearly and stay calm when things feel uncertain. Whether it’s health & safety, wellbeing or safeguarding, my goal is simple: to help create safer, healthier and more human environments where people feel supported — not alone.
