As a motivated and compassionate aspiring Human Resource Manager or Sales professional, I am passionate about creating inclusive environments, building meaningful relationships, and supporting individuals to reach their full potential. With hands-on experience in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, I bring a people-first mindset and a strong work ethic to every opportunity I pursue. During my time as a volunteer at Adams Camp, I worked closely with teens with disabilities, creating fun and inclusive activities while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. This experience sharpened my ability to think on my feet, lead with empathy, and manage sensitive interpersonal situations and skills that are invaluable in both HR and sales environments. In my three years as a babysitter and house sitter, I was entrusted with the care of children and animals, often managing multiple responsibilities at once. I worked with children with learning disabilities, provided academic support, and maintained household routines, demonstrating reliability, patience, and adaptability. One of my proudest accomplishments was building a client network from scratch, primarily through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied families. This experience gave me real-world insight into the power of relationship-building, client satisfaction, and personal branding. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a major in Human Resource Management from Indiana University’s O’Neill School, I am excited to continue growing professionally and to bring value to a team that prioritizes people, performance, and purpose.
