My team is responsible for providing technical expertise for new client implementations.

I am responsible for working with product owners and technical architects to define project scope, technical direction, and project milestones. I work with other stakeholders to define business requirements, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirement consistent with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). I handle tracking of project deliverables, as well as issue, change and release management for implementation of desired functionality. I execute cross functional tasks in a matrix environment. I regularly perform quality assurance testing, acceptance criteria sign off and accompanying documentation. I plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, participate in refinement of existing products, product development process and operational UAT sessions. I lead and manage cross functional, matrixed project teams in day-to-day activities necessary to successfully complete projects according to objectives and within deadlines. I serve as a subject matter expert and resource for training and internal stakeholders. I coordinate and actively participate in all stages of project development including research, design, programming, testing and deployment. And I love my job!

Responsible for planning and conducting statistical analysis of health care data in support of the HMS Mission, Vision, Key Quality Strategies, and Values. Design and conduct analysis of health care databases using statistical analysis software and other relevant tools for multiple health care projects.

Certified Epic Ambulatory Analyst. v.2012, 2014, 2017 and 2018. Certified Epic Kaleidoscope Analyst. v.2012, 2014, 2017 and 2018. Built and implemented new electronic medical record software for the Department of Ophthalmology. Go live July 2013. Continue to support and optimize, build and maintain master files. Implemented new Dicom PACS imaging system for Dept. of Ophthalmology. Integrated new Radiant imaging functionality with Kaleidoscope imaging with enterprise go live July 1, 2014. Currently, I am a senior analyst with the Application Integration team. I build and support Epic functionality that crosses over multiple applications. Supported legacy EMR system prior to go live of new EMR.

Managed three workgroups, each consisting of 9 analysts, for a fundraising software package. Analysts provided technical and customer support help via hotline support. Analysts reporting to me also provided education to clients on the use of the software both on-site and in-house.
