Manager Application & Project VTC CIO Office Volvo Trucks Strategy, Projects, Solutions 2007 2012 My first line manager position in the Volvo Group (VTC), managing a team of 6 people, and additional consultants in the range of +/- 4 people. The position was responsible for IT Strategy, VTC Solution portfolio, VTC Project portfolio, in terms of planning (budget) , execution and follow up. Major projects / achievements: As a project manager I introduced Truck sales process and solution into Volvo do Brazil. I secured the foundation of project portfolio management for VTC, by structure the work according to the directives of the Volvo Group ( at that time VGPP, Volvo Group Project Planning process & tool) I was part of introducing the need for common way of working regarding maintenance of our IT Solutions (later to be called Solution Management Directive) for VTC. I completed the first level of the training in the Volvo Group leadership education (Take off).
