i) Manage the Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) focus area which works on gender justice from a rights and pleasure-affirmative lens to sexuality education that equips young people with the information they need to protect their dignity, health, and well-being. The role involves: - Spearhead CSE initiative, managing program implementation impacting 5000+ adolescents across rural & urban regions of Delhi-NCR, UP, Bihar, and Kerala. - Engaging 2000+ stakeholders to boost support, while training internal staff and coordinators for effective program delivery. - Co-designed and led IMPACT (Institutional Measures to Promote Adolescent CSE Transformation) to enable partners in building organisational capacities to ensure long-term and sustainable CSE integration. - Streamlined operations and M&E processes, ensuring efficient and data-driven decision-making to elevate programme implementation and management. - Establish and nurture government and private partnerships, expanding program reach and influence. - Led funder relations, prepared grant proposals, and managed budgets for sustained program growth. - Developed open-source CSE curriculum in English and Hindi, ensuring accessibility for adolescents. - Co-designed ‘The Dialogue, a 36-hour trauma-informed CSE module, contributing to innovative program practices for social practioners. ii) Co-authored and reviewed Safeguarding and DE&I policies, serving as Safeguarding Officer for 18 months.

- Developed an innovative social entrepreneurship venture addressing lack of literature on women heroes of Ladakh - Project Roots - Leveraged the Fellowship's resources and mentorship to create sustainable solutions for positive social change - The Yellow Umbrella Foundation. Social Action Project: Project Roots We worked towards identifying and recognising contemporary unsung heroes (women and marginalised genders) from the Himalayan region and delivered their stories through audio-visual mediums. The rationale was to highlight the achievements and accomplishments of women and people from other marginalised communities and build examples for children of Ladakh closer to their cultural and geographical context.

TYUF was a Sex-Ed. initiative, co-founded during the pandemic. Age-differentiated, interactive workshops for adolescents and educators were designed to promote and strengthen access to information on their bodies and rights through CSE. The model includes the creation of safe spaces that enable exploration and open dialogue through early and regular interventions. As the co-founder, the role involved: - Establishing and managing partnerships including civil-society organisations such as Teach for India (Mumbai, Pune) and educational institutions such as Symbiosis International School (Pune), Maxfort School (Delhi), and Druk Padma Karpo School (Ladakh). - Developing the organisation's social media and online strategy and identity. - Recruiting, training, and supervision of facilitators and content creators.

Designed and facilitated training for School Management Committees (SMCs) in Sonipat, Haryana. The SMC is empowered to monitor school functioning, ensure effective use of grants, oversee the implementation of Right to Education (RTE) provisions, maintain accountability and transparency in school functioning, track student and teacher attendance, ensure mid-day meals, and raise awareness among the community. The role involved: - Designing and facilitation training for over 20 School Management Committees (SMCs) in Haryana, impacting around 2000 adolescents - Supervising on-ground research in collaboration with government partnerships to enhance the effectiveness of SMCs. - Creating online resources promoting mental health sensitivity among parents to support children during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Led and designed sex ed. sessions with children and women from under-resourced communities (12- 35 year-olds) while also testing the effectiveness of interventions. - Developed engagement plans and fundraising campaigns targeting corporates and schools, to promote and strengthen CSE training.

- Supported research and data analysis on neurodevelopmental disorders. - Assisted in drafting National Guidelines for Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment of Autism and ADHD. - Co-managed awareness camps for genetic testing and worked directly under Dr. Areeba Khan and Dr. Sameer Dalwai.

- Shadowed therapists on cases of mood and psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and addiction. - Assisted treatment team in admission and relocation of patients.

- Shadowed therapists in therapy sessions for children with Autism and Down's Syndrome.

- Secured four by-lines, demonstrating strong journalistic skills and contributing to the publication's content. - Honed news reporting, research, and writing skills.
