- Developed an innovative social entrepreneurship venture addressing lack of literature on women heroes of Ladakh - Project Roots - Leveraged the Fellowship's resources and mentorship to create sustainable solutions for positive social change - The Yellow Umbrella Foundation. Social Action Project: Project Roots We worked towards identifying and recognising contemporary unsung heroes (women and marginalised genders) from the Himalayan region and delivered their stories through audio-visual mediums. The rationale was to highlight the achievements and accomplishments of women and people from other marginalised communities and build examples for children of Ladakh closer to their cultural and geographical context.

Age-differentiated, interactive workshops for adolescents and educators were designed to promote and strengthen access to information on their bodies and rights through CSE. As the co-founder, the role involved: - Establishing and managing partnerships including civil-society organisations such as Teach for India (Mumbai, Pune) and educational institutions such as Symbiosis International School (Pune), Maxfort School (Delhi), and Druk Padma Karpo School (Ladakh). - Developing the organisation's social media and online strategy and identity. - Recruiting, training, and supervision of facilitators and content creators.

The role involved: - Designing and facilitation training for over 20 School Management Committees (SMCs) in Haryana, impacting around 2000 adolescents - Supervising on-ground research in collaboration with government partnerships to enhance the effectiveness of SMCs. - Creating online resources promoting mental health sensitivity among parents to support children during the COVID-19 pandemic.
