* Consulting experience delivering horizontal infrastructure and civil works projects. * Performing, supervising, monitoring and inspecting construction aspects of the project such as: excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and other engineering tasks and conducted QA/QC related to the project as required * Providing technical expertise and project management on infrastructure projects including watermains, sewers, roads, drainage, facility site works and pump stations. * Hands-on involvement in preparing proposals, advancing projects through the concept, design and construction phases, managing existing clients, and developing new clients. * Managing other engineers (with strong leadership skills), interacting with clients, and coordinating with permitting agencies. * Provide the interface between projects in a particular zone and ensure that lessons learnt are applied across all projects in this area. * Ensure the required support is provided to facilitate the timely payment of invoices and resolution of variations and claims.
