Within the scope of my role, my work encompasses all the aspects of identify, design, configure, test and implement Time Tracking, absence and payroll solutions based on industry standards. I provide expertise in workday time tracking, absence and payroll within workday, supporting Clients to understand the Workday design concepts and globally defined configuration. I lead discovery & design sessions with HR business users, workday technical & functional resources. Create business requirements, system configuration and functional specification documents, test plans, test cases and input into development of user training and support documentation. I support the technical team on integration design between Workday and external vendors. Moreover I oversee the migration and change management in coordination with stakeholders.

While working at KPIT Technologies, I was engaged with existing and new clients and enable them in their transformation journey through SAP HCM. Moreover, I conduct discovery sessions with client to determine business gaps, educate client how SAP can provide value and achieve ROI. Furthermore I work with technical team to design integration between SAP HCM and internal enterprise systems. I also create functional specification, system configuration, Knowledge transfer and user training/support documentation. Apart from the abovestated, I provide support to client for organization management, personnel administration, time management and payroll modules. While working at Afcons Infrastructure Ltd, I Steered efforts in Recruitment of Junior Engineers, Local Monthly and Local Daily Employees on site; engaged in manpower reconciliation of available manpower to the budgeted manpower. Furthermore I upheld statutory records, registers, under the contract labour act, such as Muster Roll, Register of Wages, Register of Overtime, and Workman Register etc., up to date on the site. I ensured that subcontractors engaged are complying with labour laws and there is no violation which leads penalty & prosecution, besides I also gained statutory document control of necessary permission to run the site and renewal of permission. Moreover, I governed hired vehicular movement at site, keep the running cost under budgeted cost, Monthly bill preparation and verification, framing work order for hired vehicles and follow up on statutory compliance.
