I played a key role in the initiation of a new recruitment department which caters towards providing recruitment services to multiple industries like Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Life Sciences, Hospitality industries for both temp and permanent hires in a full cycle recruitment setup from sourcing and screening to finally getting the candidate started on clients project/role. I currently lead a team of recruiters and also am responsible for the L&D of this department towards carrying out training for Industrial knowledge and role understanding as each role is unique. I am currently also responsible for yearly target revenues achieved through this team and have successfully shown a growth of over 200% YOY basis.

• Sourcing candidates, calling to screen and qualifying them as per the job requirements. • Resume reviewing to find the best fit candidates. • Experienced in using applicant tracking systems. • Coordinating with client delivery manager to service the jobs efficiently for the life Sciences, Food & Beverage and Engineering clients. • Sourcing of candidates on external job sites like monster, indeed, LinkedIn and CareerBuilder and in internal database.
