• Involved in understanding the end to end business processes at the office in all key deptts. (finance, sales, marketing, demand planning, supply chain and logistics) • AR Management: Through control over key parameters with aid of DSO/Turnover Ratio. Periodical monitoring about trends of customers like due payment, turnover capacity in different product lines over a period to fix up commercial limits. • Revenue & Commercial: Monitoring sales through analyzing key parameters for releasing respective blocks on sales for the turnover of Rs.600 crore; Review of service Income; Scheme workings for sale in periodical and analyzing the pricing from TP to TP • AP Management : Forecasting, budgeting & Analysis of expenses under different heads; Negotiation with vendors; Adherence to organization policies thru fixing various monetary limits in expenditure • Statutory compliance:- Reconciliation and Monthly VAT Returns filing; Reconciliation of C / F forms for Karnataka Region. • Others:-Effective closing of Month/Quarter/Year end reporting ensuring protection against any claim outside book; Handling periodical statutory and internal audits; Due Diligence before appointing any TP; Implementation of SOP’s for smooth business flow • Adhering to all internal MIS for marketing expenses and trade spends and ensuring compliance from a budgetary control perspective. • Tracking of key macro-economic indicators to understand overall business climate and any implications for our businesses

• Management Reporting: Independently managing the financial commercial hygiene of the unit and the month end associated activities. Identifying areas of cost controls and preparation of Budgeted P&L accounts on a Quarterly basis. • Factory Commercial operations: Keeping control on Purchase & other expenses at Factory. It includes Inventory Control; Regular PI of all the location & analysis of GRIR Ageing. • Financials and Product Costing Merchandise Category wise and SKU wise Costing and computation of Ex-Factory Margins. Market Benchmarking of Products and analyzing competitors price trend. Responsible for Factory Accounting (Profit Centre). • Control of 3P Business: Analysis of 3P’s agreements-Pricing; Profitability and its Actualization. • Worked on indexing the milk prices on the SNF (Solid Non Fat) component of milk, to optimize the decision making in procurement • Primary responsibilities include supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis function for different businesses and brands of the company. • Responsible for partnering with various functions (business units, corporate costing, supply chain, sales control function, etc.) to deliver an accurate income statement forecast for the year/quarter, on a monthly basis. • Responsible for the sales mix analysis, profitability analysis of business P&Ls, as well as variance analysis of different P&L lines. • Taxation: Involved in Direct & Indirect Taxation works viz. Excise Duty, Vat, Service Tax. • Fixed Asset: - Assessing the utilization of stores and phase out plan for achieving efficiency • Audit:-Handling Periodical Statutory/Internal Audits
