I am currently appointed as a talent acquisition specialist under the Central Human Resource Department in which I am directly reporting to the Head of Human Resources where my role is to perform hiring processes for our PAN India locations which include consulting with partners & managers on recruitment needs, developing recruitment selection criteria and sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of channels. •Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs. •Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. •Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, print media, posters, and flyers, when required. •Evaluating applications, screening candidates via calls or emails, and facilitating pre-interview assessments. •Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates. •Preparing HR Reports, Maintaining Database. •Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and keeping informed of advancements in the field.

• Successfully recruited candidates across Manufacturing, IT, and BFSI sectors for Finance & Accounting roles. • Utilized Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other portals for candidate sourcing. • Conducted telephonic, face-to-face, and virtual interviews. • Acted as a team lead in the absence of the Team Leader, ensuring seamless operations. • Trained new joinees and interns in recruitment processes. • Filling the gap between HR and BD teams by thoroughly understanding requirements and preparing Job Descriptions. • Maintained updated internal database with assessments and reports. • Contributed to drafting HR Newsletter, enhancing internal communication.
