• Handling the entire life cycle sourcing, screening, submitting resumes and scheduling interviews as per the given job requirements to fill internal positions in TCS with 6 years of excellent boolean search experience. • Overseeing in-house and corporate recruitment processes to fulfill both organizational and client-specific hiring requirements. • Worked on all type of requirements i.e. Contract, Contract2Hire(C2H), Full time Hire/Permanent Hire. • Posting job posts across LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster.
