On a monthly basis preparation of Amortisation and Advisory fees working On a monthly basis preparation of Management Fees analysis. Reporting on deviation in Actual vs Budget / Forecast. Quarterly variance analysis submission to the board. Accounts & Taxation: Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closure & Review of Books of Accounts and Handling auditor’s requirements. Preparation of Financials as per Ins AS (Trust & AMC) & IGAAP (AMC) Handling Transfer Pricing audit. Handling Foreign remittance request. Income Tax Return Filing of AMC & Trust – Preparation of Various annexures related to Investments, TDS, Advance Tax etc. Capital Gains, Deferred Tax & advance Tax calculation & Impairment testing of Investments. Reviewing and preparing responses to various notices received from Income Tax Department. Compliance: Calculation of Net worth as per required regulations. Preparation of Board notes on quarterly basis Checking of MGT 7 (XBRL) & DIR 3 of AMC & Trustee company related to Finance. Various Secretarial data required by compliance related to Finance.
