Release of Purchase Orders: PO releasing for Auto-material as per agreement basis send RFQ to Supplier, Arrange 3 open Quotations from the market Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on agreements that are on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis, aligned with market indices like LME (London Metal Exchange), SHFE (Shanghai Futures Exchange),RMB (Renminbi), NALCO, and RESIN. Close Supplementary Workings: Ensure timely closure of supplementary work in the form of debit and credit notes, ensuring all necessary reconciliations are completed. Manage Year-on-Year (YOY) Agreements and PO Amendments: Track and update purchase orders as necessary based on YOY agreements, making timely amendments where required. Monitor Index Trends: Track and analyze market indices (e.g., LME, NALCO, Resin,Rubber, etc.) on a daily and monthly basis to ensure purchase orders are in line with market movements. Plan Purchase Orders on SOP (Standard Operating Procedures): Release purchase orders according to SOP guidelines and integrate any new developments into the procurement process. Data and Costing Maintenance: Maintain detailed records and data in Excel, particularly focusing on material costs, vendor pricing, and other key metrics. Manage MIS Reports: Oversee the creation and management of various management Information System (MIS) reports, including debit and credit notes, PO mechanisms, Qty received, and lumpsum reports.

I was manage all data follow and prepare all Mis as per required data, I was present this data directly to ZSM.
