* 1. Direct Discussions with the Clients, Understanding the Requirements, Sending and Receiving Emails and Delivers the Project. * 2. Participating actively in the company meetings, discussions and giving suggestions in the favour of company. * 3. Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues. * 4. Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders. * 5. Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk. * 6. Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality. * 7. * Understanding the requirements got from the Team Leader. * Revert back with the queries if any and discuss the things and requirements to make sure on the right track. * Give suggestions to enhance, add and improvements in the application by keeping client requirements in mind. * Development of Windows Applications by using .Net framework with Visual Basic and Web Applications by using C# language. * Post Development Testing with the Standards set by the Team Lead and according to the client requirements.
