* ALCHERINGA : IIT Guwahati’s Annual Cultural Festival * Headed promotional activities across mediums ranging from TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines and web-sites thereby increasing the number of participants by 3x * Devised a new methodology of Alcheringa Representative for each college thereby increasing outreach to over 1,000 colleges, an increase of 2x over the previous year * Improved footfall of the festival to 40,000 through a feedback loop, and successfully managed the crowd without any chaos * Organized city auditions across the country and managed over 6,500 participants on campus; ranging from accommodation, food, transport and events * Increased user engagement through offline channels such as, posters & hoardings, and online channels such as, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube through social media marketing. * Focused on different social issues such as income inequality, gender discrimination & drug abuse in the form of events such as, Nukkad Natak to engage with students across the country

* Performed a detailed analysis on Make-up Gas Drier in Penex Unit of Motor Spirit Block * increased efficiency by recommending drying feed-line with better version of catalyst * Solved maintenance and design problem in the organization by interacting with various stakeholders * produced an in-depth research report of the solution proposed

Assisted Prof. Young-Wook Chang on development of a Nafion Polynanocomposite Material in actuators. Studied and implemented a method to form and verified its various properties after enhancement.

I will be receiving my Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Guwahati in 2013. My academic Programme and experiences have prepared me well for a Quantitative role and I am looking forward to join a place where I can put my skills to best use in the future.
