My career so far has been a mix of supply chain coordination, customer service, engineering support, and entrepreneurship, which has shaped me into the professional I am today. Across different industries, I’ve grown to improve workflows, organize processes, and support teams so they can deliver consistent, reliable service. I’ve gained hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, CRM systems like HubSpot, scheduling platforms, and reporting dashboards; all of which help me maintain accuracy, track movement across the supply chain, and communicate clearly across departments. I love understanding how things move — people, products, information, and finding ways to make those processes faster, clearer, and more efficient.
