I am a Vice President: Talent Management & Learning leader with 16.5 years of experience across the financial services industry, working at the intersection of talent strategy, leadership development, learning transformation, and inclusive culture building. I have completed my MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), strengthening my ability to design people strategies that are business-aligned, scalable, and future-ready.
