I founded People Konnect, in September 2009. We are a trusted Talent Management Advisory Firm specializing in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, Diversity & Inclusion Consulting, Talent Management, Corporate Gifting and Career Builder Services. We are a women-powered workplace and believe in financial independence and self-worth for women. Through our tailored inclusion programs and workshops, companies implement strategies that ensure equity across gender, generations and ability. Working with organizations like Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices & ICICI Bank allowed me to develop cross-industry experience, professional network, big-picture mindset and problem-solving skills which I then leveraged to build a business. These spaces serve as platforms for amplifying opportunities and foster mentorship, collaboration and mutual growth helping members create and build meaningful networks. I am very proud of our LinkedIn – WinS collaboration where we published an India Insights report showcasing the landscape of women in sales across industries and life stages. In another landmark partnership, IIM Mumbai (erstwhile NITIE) supported the vision of building an inclusive future for women in manufacturing at the SheMaker Summit 2022.
