Anjali Pabari

I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in Archaeology, Ancient Indian History, and Museology. My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s in Archaeology and Ancient Indian History, followed by a Master’s in Museology and Conservation. This foundation has ignited my passion for preserving cultural heritage and historical narratives. My career began as a Tour Guide Officer, where I developed effective communication skills and a deep appreciation for historical storytelling. I was soon promoted to Archival Assistant, where I was part of the Documentation Team at the Lukshmi Vilas Palace - Archives collection and gained expertise in The Museum System software (TMS) for archival management, spending more than five rewarding years in this role. I then transitioned to the Corporate Archives field with Aditya Birla Group, where I enhanced my skills in record management and archival practices. In 2023, I moved to Canada as a Permanent Resident. Here, I began volunteering at the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick, quickly advancing to the role of Digitization Technician, focused on improving access to archival collections. Currently, I work as an Archivist in the Private Record Sector, where I process records and ensure the preservation of vital information. I am passionate about the intersection of history, technology, and public accessibility, and I am committed to advancing archival practices that support the preservation of our collective heritage.
