Final exams taken in Marketing (with a focus on market research), Retail Management (with a focus on e-commerce), Business Management and Organisation, Human Resource Management, Economics (with a focus on the European Market). Working part-time in a video shop; first as a retail assistant (1995-1996) later with full responsibility for shift coordination, data filing, returns, late reminder, etc. (20h per week, 1997-2000).
