About
An experienced social-sector professional with over 10 years of experience in the sector, dedicated and devoted to building and sustaining grassroots partnerships through Goonj where currently I am leading the team that handles the central coordination and management of network of implementation partner NGOs across the nation. Being a core team member also supporting the organization development of Goonj through decision making and approvals at various levels. Through the dedicated journey with Goonj, have adapted myself in various organizational roles and situations, emerging as a professional with a strong understanding of on-ground needs of NGOs. Working with various stakeholders in both urban and rural contexts – coordinating projects and analyzing impact through field data and visits on ground. I was part of the working group that handled Goonj’s livelihood initiative during the Covid-19 pandemic, and which in the two years of pandamic explored every possibility of creating or upgrading livelihoods pan India. Most of these initiatives were taken up through grassroots organizations, ensuring that local needs are heard and fulfilled. Currently using my experience and expertise as a member of Rebuild India Fund's 'Investment Committee' to enable the selection of a highly inclusive portfolio of grassroot organisation that prioritize the need of the most marginalised communities across the country.
