Exploring availability for other cities as well.

Lead a team of 4 to be in charge of Coty Mainland China office hiring.  Conducted training program for AGS China Sourcing Centre in 2022.  Selected to 2022 “Accelerate Leadership Program”  Successfully built-up and coached/mentored COTY China RPO team (3 newcomers) to adapt new industry. Helped 1 Junior Recruiter to grow in fast track. No turnover in the team since project go-live.  YTD closed 150+ corporate positions without agency usage since March 2022 for COTY Mainland China

 Solved CHANEL Nanjing boutique historical recruitment difficulties and closed over 30 retail positions in Nanjing in Q1 and top 1 performance in 2021 Q1 fashion recruitment.

 Working with directors and producers to understand the type of models or actors needed for specific roles. Collaborate with production team to ensure casting objectives are met. Making casting plans for the project.  Sourcing and contacting short-listed leading actors or their agents to verify availability. Managing talent audition photographs and videos for TV commercials, Prints, Events etc.  Negotiating details for contracts, scheduling rehearsals and meetings, and providing guidance in audition etc.  Supporting to the production team on working days.  Arranging replacements or backup plans for actors when necessary.  Maintain an extensive database of actors and their abilities; Keep up-to-date with new and emerging talent.
