•Worked under the Crisis Management team as a Crisis Counsellor and assisted in solving queries coming from around the city during the lockdown. •Actively involved in helping those in need via telephonic counselling session, providing immediate help if needed in rationing, emotional support, transport issues, healthcare and mental/stress relief. •Successfully volunteered in answering ~250+ calls in 30 days and creating an impact by resolving their issues and providing immediate professional relief in matters of anxiety, panic and stress.

•Worked as an observer in ~10+ cases, conducted and participated in role play activities to better understand different dimensions of these cases. •Studied and undertook the Million Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI) testing and scoring successfully. •Scanned case histories in detail, observed IQ testing and undertook various readings to better understand the functions of the MCMI test. o Undertook a detailed research to understand the emotion of Empathy by studying papers and worksheets.

•Worked as an observer in psychiatric sessions with the child and adolescent psychiatrist, actively participated in services provided at CCAW for children with Autism and ADHD. •Learnt how Occupational Therapy plays a vital role and can benefit kids in making each child independent in fine motor, sensory integrative and prevocational skills. •Observed EIS sessions to integrate special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy that children take separately to make them act and behave the same way in public.

•Attended IQ sessions, specific learning disability classes, and workshop on Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). •Observed case history sessions, occupational therapy to deep dive and understand common trends, patterns and analysing the same. •Undertook the responsibility of scoring Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Test and making reports of the same.

•Posted in the OPD and IPD department in the hospital where I observed patients with Schizophrenia, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Also helped patients in doing pranayama and guided imagery. •Attended lectures on History taking and Mental Stress Examination to better understand the behaviour of the patient, observe their motor activity and their speech response. •Studied the basics of Disorders of Perception and Psycho-oncology with the aim to understand the importance of perception and illusion, the relation of psychological and social aspects of cancer patients

Volunteered as a teacher to teach visually impaired children subjects like English, Maths and History.
