• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics. • Use various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, social media, job boards, walk-in drives, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. • Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit. • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers. • Communicate consistently with hiring managers on candidate progress, feedback, and next steps. • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with company policies and candidate expectations. • Work with HR and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, generate reports, and provide insights on hiring metrics and trends. • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, including job fairs and online platforms.

• Full cycle experience in sourcing and recruiting a top-notch candidate from limited pool in the market for various IT and Non-IT roles. • Proficient with current ATS (Avature, Taleo), VMS and Job boards (Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and Indeed). • Screening resumes of the candidates in terms of their skills, background, and overall experience in the field. • Requirement handling, understanding job description and sourcing the right candidate with a great match. • Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates as per the client’s availability and acted as bridge between the client and the candidate. • Building recruiting reports on open requisitions, candidates in the offer stage, and pending starts. • Negotiating salaries and scheduling BGV. • Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Source and recruit candidates by using Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, etc. • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated. • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
