As Director of Operations, I lead a team of 200+ professionals across residential and commercial construction projects in Mumbai and Pune. My work sits at the intersection of people, processes, and delivery — making sure that what gets designed on paper comes to life on site, on time, and without compromise. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected names in Indian real estate — Lodha, Runwal, Marathon, Proviso, Galaxy, Shraddha and others — each project adding a new layer to how I think about construction, quality and team leadership.
