I'm a private equity investor with 18 years of experience backing growth-stage businesses across Financial Services, Industrials, Infrastructure, Consumer, and Technology sectors. My work spans the full investment lifecycle i.e. sourcing and evaluating opportunities, structuring transactions, working closely with portfolio companies through their growth phases, and eventually executing exits. Over the years, I've led several investments and seen exits across IPOs, strategic sales, secondaries, and buybacks. A large part of what I do happens after the deal closes. I spend significant time with founders and management teams on strategy, capital allocation, organisational decisions, and navigating inflection points. That's where I find the work most meaningful. I'm based in Mumbai and am always open to conversations with founders building serious businesses, investors exploring ideas at the intersection of sectors I follow and investment bankers working on growth and late-stage mandates.
