Currently, I operate as a Growth Associate in the CXO’s office at 2Coms Consulting, where I work on high-impact initiatives spanning new business launches, market research and analysis, go-to-market strategy, operating model design, and performance management. My work typically starts where structure is missing—whether that’s launching a new business line, building cross-sell engines across silos, designing escalation and engagement frameworks, or creating management information systems that bring clarity to decision-making. I enjoy working in ambiguous environments, breaking problems down systematically, and translating insights into actions that move the needle.
