•Working as a design engineer at Mahindra Powerol. • BS III, BS IV, BS V CEV Industrial Engines. •Designing and detailing the casting and sheet metal components of the engine. •NPD (New Product Development) GD &T, Tolerance Stack Up calculation, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, Design consideration of casting and sheet metal components. •Design of ATS (After Treatment System) components. •Engine integration, Assembly, Add Delete and BOM preparation. •Selection of cooling system and CAC radiator with intercooler and aftercooler. •Worked on different emissions and non emissions engines such as 24.8 HP, 48.5 HP, 74.8 HP, 91 Hp, 112 HP 265 HP etc for the customer ACE, Kion, Dynapac, Ajax, Manitou, Schwing, L&T, Fiori, CNH, Apollo, Roots, Liugong, Conmat, Gamzen, Venus etc for both AC and Non AC varient. •Worked with PAE team for project Application like Backhoe Loader(BHL), Mini compactor, Tandem compactor, Forklift, Telehandler, Self Loading Concrete Mixer(SLCM), Skid Steer Loader(SSL), Pneumatic Tyre Loader (PTR), Soil Compactor, Fire Fighting Pumps (FFP) etc for both coldstart and non coldstart application.

•Learned more about cad softwares and explored more in Mechanical Design. •I also learned about GD & T , Tolerance stack up calculations, design considerations during casting, forging, welding , sheet metal components and various manufacturing processes. •Hands on software like UG NX, CATIA V5, PTC Creo 7.0

Generating NC code for 5 axis machines using UG NX software. • Small changes in drawing and part model of different kind of tools. • Designing 3D models and drafting products like cassettes, cartridges of milling cutters. •Involved as team members of engineeing department for designing of fixture for reducing cycle time of programs and improve productivity of components. • Generating RFT (Right First Time) programs with highly accuracy for 5 axis machines. • Creation of various milling operations and postprocess. • Proper edition of NC code for different 5 axis machines required as per machine specification. • Unlocking programs which are already locked for any PCP or change in model and drawing as per revision. • Give support to machine shop if any difficulty comes regarding to program. • Work on different kind of projects such as fixture change for difficult programs. •Afer complition of programs checking programs by simulation by selecting proper collision pair for program.
