Led Tata Docomo microwave network deployment and managed Kolkata circle transmission networks for Tata Teleservices, ensuring 99.99% network availability. Oversaw planning, operations, and maintenance, optimizing OPEX costs and coordinating with NOC and field teams for efficient issue resolution. Spearheaded change management, network monitoring (NEC, Ceragon, Alcatel), and SLA adherence, ensuring 4-hour fault resolution. Led a team of 20 engineers in streamlining the network deployment for Reliance JIO 4G in West Bengal Circle. Managed the successful rollout of 10,000+ microwave link connections, overseeing the integration of Mobility (2G), 3G, and 4G backhaul networks. Defined financial year targets, coordinated with cross-functional teams (planning, microwave, implementation, and NOC) to ensure timely project delivery. Led the planning, operations, and maintenance of TATA Docomo's transmission networks in Orissa Circle, overseeing microwave link rollouts for new sites and protection of the transmission network. Managed ZTE OTN product installations (ZXMP M600, ZXWM M900) and DWDM equipment through ZXONM E300 EMS. Coordinated with technical teams for Microwave Link Surveys and network topology planning, ensuring timely BTS integration and achieving RFR targets. Led a team of 50+ engineers, overseeing vendor management and the provisioning of E1 in Alcatel NMS. Spearheaded QoS testing and E2E circuit testing, ensuring robust 2G/3G transport equipment integration and optimal Ethernet features for improved network performance.

Managed and coordinated a team to complete transport I&C activities for BTS integration, ensuring RFR targets were met.
