• Accountable for the delivery/ fulfillment to meet the recruiting demands or Requisition based on the Recruiting Plan. • Direct sourcing team and scheduler to fetch relevant profiles to fulfil the demands/requirement along with pipeline management. • Sourcing and scheduling challenging profiles to support the sourcing team. Engaged with Project Delivery Leads/ Business Heads on regular basis through daily calls to resolve and clarify any recruitment issues and Requisition Report status. • Maintaining regular reports like cost approval RAS report, CAT Report, Weekly Report, Recruitment Database, Application Tracking System, and ER to manage escalations. Recruitment Drive Management for the fulfilment of demands along with Delivery Heads and Project Leads.
