• Headed 8 of the 9 manufacturing units of BEL spread across India. • Initiated and materialized various Technology Transfer projects, like Passive Night Vision Devices, Image Intensifier Tubes, Multipurpose Advance Surveillance system and many more.

• Established BEL-Chennai as the leading supplier of electrical/electronic subsystems for Armoured Fighting Vehicles. • Initiated development and technology transfer for various defence projects. • Achieved a significant multifold growth in turnover from 2004 to 2010. • Identified and established new infrastructure in the unit, e.g. Hangars for testing, QA Lab, EMI/EMC Lab and a new R&D building.

• Led the BEL New York Regional Office for procurement of electronic components, subsystems and capital items like machinery and test instrument from US Suppliers and export to Bharat Electronics Units in India. • Ensured the procurement and export process complied with US Govt. regulations and sanctions.
