Temporarily relocated to France to support operational transfer.

> Foster positive customer relationships by providing excellent service and building trust. > Answer customer questions about products, services, invoices and orders via phone, email or in-person. > Manage and confirm customer orders based on production capacity. > Implement and develop new products in cooperation with customer and engineers (NPI). > Coordinate timely deliveries to customers. > Analyze raw material requirements and forecasts based on open orders and historical data. >Provide customer care during on-site visits.
