 Mikrotik configuration: Bandwidth shaping, NAT, Auto fail-over, BGB & load balancing.  OLT configurations of different brands: C-Data,Utstar,Phyhome,Vsol,Atop & FH-NET  Cisco Router and Switch client base link connectivity check and troubleshoot  Installation & troubleshoot Radio device(P2P & P2M) of different brands: Ubiquity & Cambium.  Work with ONU, Splitter, GPON & EPON technologies, OTDR  Troubleshooting of LAN & Router, VLAN, DHCP server & Mail Server Configure.  Design LAN infrastructure: Corporate, Residential,AP & Wireless Mesh Network (WMN)

 Install & maintain the fiber network and link up to the client premises.  Provide support for network installations and technical troubleshooting for internet connectivity.  Complete sight survey with report.  MikroTik Basic Configuration PC Base or Hardware Base.  Corporate office router installs & configure.  All kinds of office networking and device sharing.  Identify client requirement and ensure that service is delivered within deadline.  Logistics management.

 Supervising overall training procedure  Monitoring and Evaluation of training sessions and assessments.  Developing curriculum and creating curriculum plan  Developing Competency Based Learning Materials (CBLM).  Conducting training sessions according to CBT&A guidelines.  Developing assessments tools, maintaining stores.
