I lead tech strategy, digital transformation, and IT execution initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe. My role focuses on helping organisations navigate complex challenges, modernise their technology architecture, and adopt AI, cloud, and cybersecurity strategies that drive measurable business impact. I work closely with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and policymakers to align digital initiatives with long-term strategic goals, ensuring tech investments are both scalable and efficient.

I was responsible for driving large-scale technology strategy and transformation initiatives across multiple industries, with a primary focus on financial services, energy, and retail. I advised senior executives on IT modernisation, digital acceleration, and enterprise architecture, helping organisations optimise their technology investments, operational resilience, and digital execution. I played a key role in scaling Deloitte’s Technology Strategy and Transformation practice, overseeing projects in: - IT Strategy Development - Large-Scale Digital Transformation - Agile Enterprise Transformation - Technology Modernisation.

Before becoming a Partner, I led multiple tech transformation programs within Deloitte’s Technology Strategy and Transformation team. I worked with C-level executives and IT leaders to drive enterprise architecture modernisation, IT governance, and post-merger technology integration. My focus was on helping organisations navigate complex transformation journeys by aligning business strategy with innovative tech solutions.

As CTO, I was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of IT solutions and services for enterprise clients. My role focused on technology execution, IT security, and digital infrastructure, ensuring businesses could optimise existing systems while integrating modern technologies. I managed technology roadmaps, IT governance models, and cybersecurity frameworks, helping clients scale their IT capabilities while maintaining operational resilience.

At Goldenberry, I led the IT consulting practice, delivering high-impact tech solutions for international banks, logistics firms, and large enterprises. I managed premium consulting projects that focused on long-term strategic partnerships, ensuring that clients received tailored, high-quality solutions. Key projects included: - Interim management for core system implementation across one of Poland’s largest private healthcare companies - IT transformation for a major logistics firm, introducing IT demand/portfolio management and optimising IT supply processes - Integration for the merger of Bank BGŻ and Rabobank Polska as well as legal merger of Bank BGŻ and BNP Paribas Polska

At Kredyt Bank, I led business relationship management for all bank areas (retail and distribution, enterprise, finance, risk, operations and support functions), helping business to translate and deliver business defined objectives into projects and initiatives. This included management of project portfolio on a bank level, setting up related processes, methods, techniques and standards, as well as project portfolio governance and reporting to business owners, board and the KBC Group. My role also covered the management of strategic projects (including non-sales operations centralisation, core-banking extensions, new sales front-end implementation, fees and commissions system implementation. This saw me lead a team of 30+ program and project managers, business analysts, process analysts, and PMO (project reporting) professionals. I was also part of the Integration Committee for the merger with BZ WBK (currently Santander Bank).

At Deutsche Bank, I managed the IT project portfolio and technology implementation strategy. My role focused on delivering enterprise-wide IT solutions while ensuring projects met key effectiveness criteria, including time, budget, and scope. Key responsibilities included: - Leading a 15-strong IT team, including project managers, system architects, developers, and testers - Managing IT resource allocation, external sourcing, and recruitment - Ensuring seamless technology execution across banking operations

I spent nearly a decade at Accenture, specializing in technology consulting, financial services IT, and large-scale system implementations. My expertise covered: - Loans and credit risk management within the banking sector - IT system integration and modernisation for multinational financial institutions - End-to-end IT project management, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
