My name is Anh and I have always had a passion for cooking and entrepreneurship. After years of working as a nurse, I realized that my heart was no longer in the profession, and I wanted to pursue my dreams of owning my own business. The 2021 pandemic inspired me to re-evaluate the meaning of life and happiness. My husband and I came to the conclusion that family was of most importance so we made the bold decision to quit our jobs as a nurse and as a hotel manager. We sold our family home and moved into a camper. We took a leap of faith and invested everything we had into our instant pho soup business - PhoLicious. When going to the pho restaurants as not an option during the shut down and the other instant pho soups on the market were disappointing, we worked feverishly on developing a truly authentic pho recipe. With the help of my mom using generations of family recipes, we finally did it. We knew that it was unique and had the potential to be successful. We were ecstatic of the result! Finally, there is now a truly authentic pho soup that takes only minutes to make, and we were eager to share this product with the world! The journey was not easy. There were days when we questioned our decision and wondered if we had made a mistake. However, we persevered, and our hard work paid off. Our instant pho soup business began to gain traction and customers raved about the flavor and convenience of our product on Amazon. Today, we are proud owners of a successful instant pho soup company and that our products will be available in selected Sam’s Clubs in April of 2023. This reach will allow us to share our love of authentic pho to everyone. Quitting my job as a nurse and investing everything in our business was a risk, but it was a risk worth taking. It has allowed me to follow my passion and create something that brings joy to others.
