Throughout my previous experiences, I have led many projects from the earliest stages of research and prototype design until the stage of industrial scale-up and commercialisation. I currently lead an R&D team, while working transversally across the company, specializing in new product development, formulation optimisation, and trend analysis.I should also add, that I have a deep love for foreign languages and travelling. Learning other languages and living in different countries has helped me understand better and connect to other cultures, as well as broaden my mind and horizons.
