About

Excited to share that I have joined CMIC, Inc. as Associate Director of Business Development! In this role, I work closely with sponsors and research teams to advance preclinical, translational, nonclinical, and clinical programs that bring new hope to patients. I bring over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations, focusing on strategic partnerships, client relations, and collaborative growth. I am the Co-Founder of the Charlotte Biotech Club, connecting life science and biotechnology leaders across the Charlotte region, and I serve as a voluntary board member of HerSpark, a nonprofit promoting girls in STEM in North Carolina. Previously, I held roles at MPI Research (a Charles River company), Charles River Laboratories, Southern Research Institute, Legal Drugs Agency, LLC, BioAgilytix, Metrion Biosciences, and PBL Assay Science. I’m thrilled to contribute to CMIC’s mission of supporting biotech innovation through trusted partnerships and meaningful client engagement.

While bringing awareness and education on what it takes to bring a drug to market, we aim to prompt personal responsibility in preventing disease. It is usually the most critical moments of our lives that we most rely on the pharmaceutical industry and thus it is incumbent on the industry to make a conscious effort to bring the safest, most effective and most ethical drugs to market.
