In my role as Vice President of Human Resources and Safety, I offer high-level direction and leadership to oversee the global HR & Safety functions across both AIV and GCM within the organization. My responsibilities encompass establishing, upholding, and assessing policies and procedures that comply with legal standards while also identifying and executing long-term strategic objectives in HR and Safety.

As the Global HR Manager for both AIV & GCM, I provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of professional relations, employee benefit, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development and communications. I play a key leadership role in the communication strategy for the functions. I act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all employees receive fair and equitable treatment.

As the Accounting Office Manager at AIV, LP, my responsibilities included delegating, supervising and reviewing responsibilities of subordinates, kept detailed books, accounts and records of the company, maintained internal accounting controls, hired and trained personnel required in achieving accounting goals, monitored account receivables and performed other duties assigned by upper management.

As the Executive Assistant, my main responsibility was to perform administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities included screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations. This role required strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters was required.
