With over six years at the helm of Being Luminary, I lead a global consultancy that helps organisations build inclusive, equitable cultures through strategic DEI consultancy and leadership development. I consult widely across sectors—corporate, public, nonprofit, and education—guiding senior leaders and teams to embed equity into their systems, cultures, and everyday decisions. I am an Accredited Coach with a Diploma in Transformational Coaching (Animas Centre for Coaching) and a seasoned DEI strategist with deep expertise in equity leadership, inclusive culture-building, and systems change. My work spans long-term organisational change projects, keynote speaking, and leadership coaching, always rooted in care, clarity, and complexity. I'm the author of a forthcoming book on equity and leadership (early 2026), which builds on my experience supporting leaders navigating the emotional, structural, and strategic demands of inclusive practice.
